1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and taya55 ("taya55", "We", "Us", "Our", "Platform", "Service") governing your access to and use of the taya55 website located at https://taya55.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, slot machines, bingo, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Services").

Use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxies, or other tools to mask your location is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and confiscation of funds.

You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws. taya55 shall not be liable for any violations of law arising from your use of the Services.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To access the Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, email address, and government-issued identification number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited. If we discover that you have opened or are attempting to open more than one account, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all wagers, and confiscate any winnings or bonuses.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account information with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2.3 Verification and Know Your Customer (KYC)

You agree to provide valid government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and any other documentation we may reasonably request.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict account functionality, including deposits and withdrawals, until verification is complete. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days of the request may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

taya55 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and other payment methods as published on the Platform. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits which may vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your taya55 account are yours, obtained legally, and not derived from any criminal or fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to conduct due diligence on the source of funds and request supporting documentation at any time.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposit methods process instantly, although bank transfers may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to reflect in your account. taya55 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction charges for which we are not responsible.

Once deposited, funds are immediately available for wagering unless your account is subject to verification, restriction, or investigation. Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn without wagering activity except in cases where account closure is initiated by taya55 for violation of these Terms.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification, satisfaction of any bonus wagering requirements, and minimum withdrawal amounts as specified on the Platform. The minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100).

All withdrawal requests are reviewed for compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification or request further documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing time for withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya is fifteen (15) minutes to four (4) hours, while bank transfers may take up to forty-eight (48) hours.

4.2 Withdrawal Limitations

First-time withdrawals require completion of KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals to verified payment methods may be processed without additional verification unless flagged by our security systems. We reserve the right to limit withdrawal amounts or impose weekly or monthly withdrawal caps at our discretion.

Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. If we detect that you are attempting to withdraw funds to an account not in your name, the withdrawal will be declined and your account may be suspended for investigation.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, you must wager a minimum of one (1) times your total deposit amount before withdrawing. This requirement applies to all deposits regardless of whether they are used in conjunction with bonuses. Failure to meet this requirement will result in declined withdrawal requests.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry wagering requirements (also known as playthrough or rollover requirements) which must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and are clearly specified in each promotion's terms. Standard wagering requirements range from twenty (20) to forty (40) times the bonus amount.

Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to maximum bet limits which are specified in each bonus terms. Exceeding the maximum bet amount while an active bonus is in effect will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Standard maximum bet limits during bonus play are Fifty Philippine Pesos (PHP 50) per spin or per bet.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

taya55 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated play between multiple accounts, betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity that we determine is intended to exploit bonuses rather than engage in genuine gameplay.

If we determine that you have engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void all bonuses, cancel any associated winnings, and close your account. In severe cases, we may also confiscate your entire account balance and report the activity to relevant authorities.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Game Rules

All games offered on taya55 are governed by their respective rules as published on the Platform. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing wagers. Game rules include betting options, payout structures, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and any game-specific terms or conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

While we strive to ensure the Platform is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical difficulties, or circumstances beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, taya55 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL taya55's TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the Services, you must contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of the incident giving rise to the complaint. We will investigate all complaints and respond within seven (7) business days.

9.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

9.3 Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If you fail to withdraw your balance within ninety (90) days of account closure, we reserve the right to deduct an administrative fee of Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 500) per month.

10.2 Termination by taya55

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, underage gambling, money laundering, or any other activity we determine to be harmful to the Platform or other users.

Upon termination for cause, we may withhold any funds in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms Terms violations, funds may be permanently forfeited. If no violations are found, remaining funds will be returned to you minus any applicable deductions.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice or consent.
